Kickstart Program
Perfect for beginners! 4-week intensive onboarding where you learn everything about CrossFit in small groups. After completion, you're ready for group classes.

Small Group Training

Preparation for Hyrox races. Combined conditioning and strength training for this popular event.

Professional physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Specialized guidance for injuries and pain.
Nutrition
80% of results come from nutrition. Learn to eat healthy without strict diets. For busy people!
For Young Athletes
Because fit kids become fit adults. Our youth programs are specially designed for different age groups.
Pre-teens (8-12 years)
