0-10 min
Warm-up

Warming up together, waking up the body and settling into the class.

10-30 min
Technique & strength

The coach explains the movements and adapts them to your level.

30-55 min
The workout

Sweating together, cheering each other on. Everyone does the same workout, each at their own weight and pace.

55-60 min
Cool-down

Breathe out, high fives and a chat in the lounge. Coffee's ready.
