How to start
with us.

Everyone starts with a free intro. After that you pick the route that fits you: the Kickstart to build a strong base, or straight into group classes if you already have experience.

At the gym
In-person intro

Come by our box. We'll get to know each other over a cup of coffee, you'll get a tour and we'll answer all your questions. No workout required – just a meet and greet!

Via the Kickstart

Four weeks of building up in small groups. For everyone who's starting out, with or without training experience. After 28 days you'll join the group classes with confidence.
