At CrossFit Leiden we have a wide range of classes. From intense group classes to personal small group training β there's something for everyone.
Group Classes
Training
General CrossFit-style training. Full body workout, suitable for all levels. The perfect mix of strength, conditioning and technique.
Hyrox
Inspired by HYROX races: lots of conditioning, sled pushes, lunges, ski, row and more. Train for your next race!
Flex Friday
More playful Friday workout with focus on fun, teamwork and ending the work week. Less serious, more fun!
Running
Outdoor running training, focus on technique, pace and endurance. From beginner to marathon preparation.
Olympic Lifting
Focus on weightlifting: snatch, clean & jerk with lots of technique coaching. Get stronger and improve your technique.
Teens
Safe and playful training for teenagers. Focus on movement, strength and confidence in a positive environment.
Pre Teens
Training for younger kids with lots of fun and basic movements. Learn to move, get strong and exercise together!
Urban Training
Outdoor training in the city, using the environment and obstacles. Fresh air, new challenges!
Mobility
Calm class with focus on mobility, flexibility and better movement. Perfect for recovery and injury prevention.
Gymnastics
Focus on bodyweight skills: pull-ups, handstands, dips and core. Get technically stronger in gymnastic movements.

π When should I arrive?
Come 5-10 minutes before class. That way you have time to change and start relaxed.
π± Do I need to sign up?
Yes, via our app or website. This way we can ensure the group doesn't get too big (max 14 people).
β Which class is best for beginners?
All classes are suitable! Coaches adjust exercises to your level. The Saturday morning class has extra focus on beginners.
π Can I cancel a class?
Yes, up to 2 hours in advance via the app. No worries if something comes up β we understand!
