πŸ• When should I arrive?

Come 5-10 minutes before class. That way you have time to change and start relaxed.

πŸ“± Do I need to sign up?

Yes, via our app or website. This way we can ensure the group doesn't get too big (max 14 people).

❓ Which class is best for beginners?

All classes are suitable! Coaches adjust exercises to your level. The Saturday morning class has extra focus on beginners.

πŸ”„ Can I cancel a class?

Yes, up to 2 hours in advance via the app. No worries if something comes up – we understand!
