This is what you train for.
Once a year we trade the barbells for mountain bikes, climbing ropes and a campfire. For a whole weekend, we head into the Belgian Ardennes with the community.
You don't have to be an athlete. All you need is a love of the outdoors, pushing through together, and a weekend you won't soon forget. Every part is scalable. Just like in the gym.
With only 30 spots, this is an intimate and unforgettable weekend. Be quick!

Mountain biking
Explore the area by mountain bike. Different levels, beautiful views and muddy descents!
Archery Tag & Shooting
Exciting shooting tournament with crossbow, bow and air rifle. Plus Archery Tag: dodgeball meets archery!
Climbing & Via Ferrata
Climb the spectacular rocks of an old quarry. Up to 40 meters high on the via ferrata!
High Rope & High Events
Challenging high rope courses and abseiling in the woods. Push your limits!
Campfire evenings
Two evenings around the campfire under the stars. Marshmallows and good stories.
BBQ de Luxe
Outdoor barbecue with a private chef on Saturday evening. Dietary requirements are of course accommodated.

You'll stay at Adventure Camp Soleil at Domaine du Bocq. A beautiful tent camp in the middle of the woods by a flowing stream, in the heart of the Ardennes near the village of Purnode.
The camp features spacious 10-person tents on wooden platforms, a cozy dining tent, a fully equipped cooking tent and a large campfire area. You can use the spacious and clean sanitary facilities of Domaine du Bocq.
Sleeping: there are no camp beds anymore, so bring your own sleeping surface (mattress, air bed, camp bed). In any case, bring your own sleeping bag (a good one. Nights can be chilly!), sheet and pillowcase.
The surroundings are ideal: the old Rochers du Bocq quarry is a half-hour walk away, and in the evening you'll enjoy the silence and a beautiful starry sky.
Fully catered: 2x breakfast, 1x lunch, BBQ de Luxe with a private chef. Dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) are accommodated. Let us know when registering.
You arrange your own transport to the Ardennes. We encourage carpooling! You'll receive exact directions after registration.
All activities are supervised by certified Rocks 'n Rivers instructors. Travel and accident insurance covers all participants during the activities. Alcohol before and during activities is not allowed.
