Our Memberships are custom made to make sure they align with your goals and fitness level.
We like to discuss your wishes during the intake session. The memberships includes a personal coach, who will be your first point of contact. He or she will help you in achieving your fitness goals.
We start with building a solid base in strength, conditioning and technique with our 1-on-1 Fundamentals Program. This means you will start with personal coaching sessions.
You can do these 1 on 1 sessions alone or with someone else.
