As a member of Crossfit Leiden you have the ability to leverage the knowledge of our coaches in order to improve any area of your health and fitness.
Private Training is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals.

Private training is utilized for a variety of reasons. You can schedule one or multiple sessions, and arrange them during a time that works best for your schedule.
