A few weeks ago I took PT lessons from Jeroen v/d M. I wanted to improve my squats, the posture and the depth of it. Eventually, the lessons were different but better than I expected! I thought we were going to squat a lot! But no… Jeroen first looked at what the problem was, why my squats were bad and how to improve them. Eventually, I ended up doing a lot of mobility exercises. After 4 PT’s I really noticed how much better my squats were going! Even after the PT’s I continued doing the mobility exercises and I’m still improving on my squats! Thank you so much for this!
