PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO MEET YOUR NEEDS

These hybrids of group class + personal training allow members to combine an unlimited group class membership and choose from 1 to 8 hours of 1-on-1 personal training each month.

Hybrid Coaching

  • 1-3 days a week of small group coaching
  • (1-8) 60 minute 1-on-1 sessions each month
  • hands-on instruction
  • goal setting
  • workout tracking

Very professional, friendly staff who make you feel at home immediately. I practiced CrossFit at many different places already but was never received with so much professionalism as at Crossfit Leiden. They love what they do and know how to pass on their passion very well. Very much recommended.
