HOW TO GET STARTED

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

Our training methodology at CrossFit Leiden is unlinke any other fitness program, bootcamp or gym class you have seen. Our coaches implement various tools to help you reach you fitness goals, from nutrition counseling to coaching on complex movements. The CrossFit Leiden program  is comprised of Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, kettlebells and basic gymnastic movements. 

To ensure that our clients are set up to succeed we require everyone that is new to CrossFit and wants to get started at CrossFit Leiden to (1) either follow our Fundamental program or (2) sign up for Private Training

Once you have the basic understanding of CrossFit and its fundamental movements you are ready to join our regular WOD classes.

You are very much welcome to try-out and experience the atmosphere by joining one of our WODs.

IF YOU THINK CROSSFIT IS TOO INTENSE AND NOT FOR YOU, PLEASE COME IN AND GIVE IT A TRY.
ALL OF OUR WORKOUTS CAN BE SCALED FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL!

FUNDAMENTAL COURSE

GROUP FUNDAMENTAL COURSE - €49

REQUIRED IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE CROSSFIT BEFORE

The Fundamental Course is designed to set you up for success prior to entering our general classes. The movements we perform are unique and take some time and practice in the beginning to learn how to execute them properly. You will be educated on what CrossFit is and why we think it is a great way to get you fit. The group size is no more than 8 people, which allows for a more personal and dedicated environment with other individuals like your self. Come prepared to sweat a little; we will be throwing in a little workout every day.

HOW THE FUNDAMENTAL COURSE WORKS

Every month we launch Fundamental Courses! Every Fundamental Course lasts for one hour-long session, per day (3 sessions total), so the following Monday you are ready to join the general classes! Spaces are limited to 8 people per class.

CROSSFIT PRIVATE FUNDAMENTAL COURSE - From €60

This consists of you and a coach working together one on one (or with a few friends) until you are sufficient at the 9 fundamental movements of Crossfit. Generally people who choose this option can not make the times listed for our Group classes.
