We encourage new-to-CrossFit members to first attend the group classes.
During these classes you will further improve your techniques, increase your strength and work together with the other CrossFitters.
Open Gym hours will be available in which advanced athletes can work on weaknesses or skills that they need particular focus on.
In order to attend these Open Gym hours you must get permission from one of the coaches.
For the fundamental courses you only need your regular workout outfit and shoes.
After completing the fundamental course and moving to the regular classes we strongly suggest having your own jump rope.
We have a Fundamental Course that consists of six 60 minute group sessions.
If you are new to CrossFit this course is a must, before you can join the regular classes.
During the Fundamental Course you will learn the basic CrossFit movements, such as squats, presses and several body weight movements.
Groups are kept small (max 10 persons per lesson) to make sure we can give you all the attention needed to learn the techniques.
We will end each session with a small WOD (workout of the day), so come prepared and dressed in workout clothes. After completing the fundamental program you can join the regular classes (WOD).
We will also offer an Olympic Fundamental Course for the basic movements of Olympic Weightlifting, such as the Clean & Jerk and Snatch.
After completing the Olympic Fundamental Course you can join the regular OLY (Olympic Lifting) classes which you have access to with our specialty membership.
Yes, we do offer free parking spaces.

We get that some people are frightened by the idea of lifting heavy weights above their heads or when seeing the beasts performing on the CrossFit Games.
Trust us that we don’t all look like the athletes on the games (some of us think they do though) and it also took us some time to lift those heavy weights.
There is also the misunderstanding that CrossFit is for elite athletes only. That is not true; CrossFit is a sport for everybody, no matter your level of physique, as all movements can be scaled to the person’s level.
If you are new to CrossFit you will start with the basic movements and gradually move to more challenging and technical movements. This process will be guided by experienced CrossFit coaches
Our programming is based on the level of our community and the goals they want to reach. The workouts will be challenging for everyone and at the same time accessible for all fitness levels as well. Each movement can be scaled to a level in which you can perform it with quality.
Programming is done by our master programmer Jeroen van der Most van Spijk. He has years of experience in programming for a CrossFit community in which its members achieved significant results!
We offer three types of memberships and both can be purchased per month or per year.:
You can have one free trial session. To do this fill out the contact form here.

In 100 words:
“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.”
– CrossFit Founder, Greg Glassman –
It’s a workout methodology based on constantly-varied high intensity movements that help everyday life. Why it works is because your body never adapts to any one movement thereby keeping the effect of any given day’s workout at maximum – and you never gets bored. The intensity that everyone takes part in ends up galvanizing our supportive community.
Members of other CrossFit affiliates are welcome to drop in to our scheduled group coaching sessions (WOD). The first visit is on us, just buy one of our t-shirts or get our coaches a nice cup of coffee. You can schedule a WOD here .
From the second WOD you have to pay 17.50 euro per class. If you like to come more than twice we advice you to get one of our month memberships.
