CrossFit is elite fitness for everyone. Our classes and private coaching are based on the CrossFit program originally developed by legendary coach Greg Glassman after his many years of watching, working with, and coaching all types of people – from those merely interested in general fitness to elite athletes.

CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. At CrossFit Leiden, you will not find any machines – instead, you will find kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, sleds, and tons of open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. CrossFit workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness in and of themselves or as a complement to your sport-specific training regime.


This first CrossFit Box in Leiden is founded in 2016 out of love and dedication for the sport of fitness and the desire to impact local communities and help people of all fitness levels to improve their quality of life. Its is our mission to offer the best possible service in your fitness journey.

The CrossFit leiden communty is a group of people with shared fitness and health goals. You will achieve more when you work towards your goals together than you will ever achieve alone.

  • From day 1 me and my husband are working out with so much fun! They have a fun team of coaches that give excellent guidance and know how to get the most out of yourself. They don't have those full classes with too much noise, but a community that respects each other.

  • In truth, my first Crossfit experience, but hard to imagine how this could be a better box. The atmosphere is friendly, motivating, professional yet relaxed. The space is big, the hard rock & dupstep music choices during the WODs, spot on.
