We highly recommend doing multiple personal training sessions, during your first months of Crossfit, whenever your hitting a plateau or just to re-align your workouts with your long term goals. If you want to achieve the results that you are aiming at, then one-on-one coaching sesions will set you up in the right direction. Working out without a customized plans and advice on your movements, diet and workout routine will increase our chance of hitting plateaus.
